1. Returns & Refund Policy

Customers must notify Black Country Supplements of any defective or damaged products within 48 hours of receiving their order. Notifications received after this period may not be eligible for review.

1.2 Superficial Damage

If damage to the product or packaging is purely superficial (for example, a dented tub or scuffed label) and does not compromise the product’s integrity, quality, or safety, the item will not be eligible for return or replacement.

1.3 Taste Preference

We understand that personal taste can vary. However, returns or refunds cannot be accepted on the basis that a customer does not like the taste of a product.

1.4 Accepted Returns

In the rare event of a defective product or severe damage that affects the product’s usability, returns will be accepted.
